Hairdressers everywhere, including Jamie McDaniel, Sam Villa Ambassador, have been getting so many requests for Sabrina Carpenter bangs. “Sabrina Carpenter’s fringe has a little framing action around the eyes. But it’s not as extreme as we’ve been seeing lately,” says McDaniel. “The other things is, the bangs aren’t overly textured. There’s a bit more bluntness to the ends.” That being said, it might just be the perfect fringe for those with finer hair.
How To Cut Sabrina Carpenter Fringe
- Create a triangle section where the fringe lives from the outside corner of each eye.
- Divide left from right.
- Overdirect left to right and right to left with no elevation and a horizontal finger position.
- Point cut with Sam Villa Artist Series Slide Cutting Shears for a soft finish on the ends.
“This overdirection movement is perfect for creating that framing around the eyes that we’re looking for,” says McDaniel.
Styling
There are two ways to approach the strong bevel Carpenter has:
- Blow dry hair using a Sam Villa Artist Series Professional Blow Dryer and 1” Thermal Round Brush, making sure the hair curls around the barrel and hit it with a cool shot once all the moisture is out to lock in the bend.

“The beauty is, this fringe can be pushed to either side or worn straight down,” she adds.
